Why I'm Running?
"I am running for Oshkosh Common Council to help build a strong, vibrant, and financially responsible future for our city. One that honors Oshkosh’s history while preparing thoughtfully for the generations to come. Oshkosh is my home, and I believe leadership must begin with listening, be guided by integrity, and remain focused on long-term results rather than short-term politics. Every decision we make should be rooted in a clear question: does this reflect the values of our residents, strengthen our neighborhoods, and move our city forward in a responsible and sustainable way? With a background in finance, banking, and real estate, and experience serving on the City of Oshkosh Long Range Finance Committee, I bring a disciplined, thoughtful approach to public service. One rooted in transparency, fiscal accountability, and collaboration. I understand that sound leadership means balancing responsible growth with careful stewardship of public resources.I am committed to being an accessible and engaged council member who leads with respect, communicates openly, and acts decisively. By working alongside residents, businesses, and community leaders, we can strengthen our neighborhoods, revitalize downtown, expand economic opportunity, and address our housing needs in a way that is practical, people-centered, and sustainable. I am ready to serve with purpose and earn your trust by delivering results for Oshkosh."
